Key Role:
Serve as a cybersecurity systems engineer responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining a distributed security architecture in support of critical missions. Develop, implement, and integrate enterprise, cybersecurity operations center, and endpoint security solutions in alignment with best practices and mission objectives. Maintain awareness of market and technology trends to bring new and best of breed solutions to the client. Apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts and contribute to the development of new principles and concepts to advance mission requirements.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience with deploying, maintaining, or integrating data from cybersecurity systems, tools, platforms, and applications, including Splunk, ELK Stack, Cisco FirePower, FireEye, including NX, EX, or AX, McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator, Tanium, and Cylance
- Experience with system engineering, computer science, information systems, engineering science, or engineering management
- Experience with supporting the operations of a production enterprise application
- Ability to meet schedule, performance, and quality within the systems development life cycle (SDLC)
- Active Top Secret clearance
- BA or BS degree and 8 years of experience in a professional work environment or MA, MS, or MBA degree and 6 years of experience in a professional work environment
Additional Qualifications:
- Knowledge of government policies and terminologies in support of security requirements
- Ability to support control consistency, integrity monitoring, and health checks of the operating system and applications
- Active TS/SCI clearance
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.
