Our starting pay is $16.00 per hour (+1/hour for bilingual Spanish). We are offering a $3000 sign on bonus to be paid as $1000 after 30, 60, and 180 days. Must start by October 4th or October 11th to qualify.

This position will be onsite at 10720 W Sam Houston Pkwy N, Houston, TX 77064. New employees in this role will earn a $500/paycheck stipend through the end of 2021 to help with any expenses needed to return to the office. Details on this incentive are below.

As a Customer Service and Sales Rep, you will maintain exceptional customer service while providing remote support for customers’ inquiries about lost or damaged devices, device upgrades, and resolve customer issues. This position will take all incoming phone calls.

You will sell our In-Home warranty service and other product offerings to customers on every call. You will engage with customers to understand their technology and sell protection/tech support solutions. Customer Care and Sales Reps have a passion for selling services & solving problems. You will Serve, Solve and Sell!

Whether that’s transportation, an updated wardrobe, child care, or whatever you may need to work in our site – it’s up to you! Our return to site stipend will be in effect through the end of 2021. Our number one priority is your safety. We have taken measures to ensure safety protocols stay in place at all of our physical sites. Protocols that will be in place are socially distanced work spaces, temperature checks, frequent sanitation and required masks when away from desks.
