Job Description
Let us tell you about the job:
- Respond to advertiser needs (via phone, chat, and email) in a timely manner.
- Support and retain advertisers for the Blip marketplace.
- Manage information requests from agency partners.
- Demo Blip products for advertiser benefit.
- Develop support strategies and processes to increase advertiser happiness.
- Collaborate with team to solve unforeseen challenges.
What you will need to accomplish the job:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Desire to learn and grow even in everyday routines.
- History of collaborating well as part of a team.
- Experience in tech customer support is a plus
