This is for the person who loves helping people with their questions and just knows how to put a friendly touch on their communications.

The position would be mainly responsible for answering customer questions via email, phone and Facebook.

All Community Events, Inc. manages 5k/marathon run/walks, Christmas light shows and walk-through jack-o-lantern experiences across the country. We are dedicated to bringing the community together with positive events.

Job duties include:
1. Email/Facebook Customer Support (75%)
2. Phone Customer Support (15%)
3. Administrative tasks (10%)

Position requires:
1. Will need to gain a strong understanding of the company's events.
2. Type quickly.
3. Speak clearly
4. Always maintain positive energy with the customer via phone and email.
5. 1 - 2 days weekly in the office and the remaining days can be worked remotely.

Employment Duration:
Seasonal, Part Time & Full Time.
This is a seasonal position from September to the end of December 2022.

Pay:
  • Up to $16.50/hour
