Title: Customer Success Specialist

Summary: The Customer Success Specialist creatively combines traditional customer service and marketing responsibilities to provide an exceptional ecommerce experience for dogIDs customers. This role develops creative marketing content for outbound email & SMS campaigns, social and blog posts. The role also acts as the point of contact for dogIDs customers.

About dogIDs: dogIDs was founded in Fargo, ND as an ecommerce company since 2005 making personalized gear for dogs including collars, leashes, harnesses and more. Our small team of crazy dog people loves the fact that our products keep dogs safe and promote responsible dog ownership. We work hard to provide a wide range of unique and beautiful products that will withstand the wear and tear that comes with the dog lover lifestyle.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Adhere to dogIDs customer service processes and standards, working with Customer Service Manager to make updates as needed.
• Assists customers (via phone, email and chat) to resolve issues, answer questions, and place orders.
• Develops content for email/SMS, blog, and social media based on common customer topics.
• Work with the Director of Operations and marketing partners on a strategic content calendar.
• Write blog content, and work with guest bloggers, uploading blog content to dogIDs blog site.
• Manages social media to provide engaging content for followers.
• Creates email content and designs engaging campaigns for dogIDs email list.

Classification: Hourly, non-exempt

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year

• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• West Fargo, ND 58078: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service and/or Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
