Customer Success & Inventory Manager, Plastics & Regenerative Medicine

We are looking for someone who will proactively ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions that anticipate customer needs while minimized inventory waste. You are “The guardian of the Inventory.” You will become an expert in all inventory management programs to build custom solutions that result in true customer enablement.

You Will

  • Drive consignment optimization and turns performance to ensure that each customer has the right product, at the right time while minimizing idle inventory.
  • Monitor consignment turns to ensure product mix meets demand needs
  • Schedule consignment audits
  • Route updates / approvals, and contract changes
  • Ensure deployed inventory meets appropriate shelf-life needs
  • Proactively identify and schedule returns / swaps of low turning inventory to ensure it is returned prior to expiration
  • Investigate lost inventory to establish causal factors and route write-offs for approval
  • Handle inquiries into outstanding MSL (managed field stocking locations) inventory to ensure timely return to stock and billing out of consumed inventory
  • Research pricing discrepancies with legal and contracting teams to validate correct pricing and ensure the Sales Operations team can accurately correct billing errors.
  • Work with the PRM sales force to keep inventory metrics (outstanding, expired, implanted) front of mind to keep deployed inventory status accurate, expired product returned and consumed product billed out.
  • Provide ad-hoc sales trending and historical reports to sales team and Corporate Healthcare as needed to inform accurate business decisions.
  • Serve as SME for all PRM inventory programs to provide strategic direction and presentations to sales and customers in pursuit of ensuring customers are enrolled and engaged in the best programs to meet their inventory needs.
  • Serve as point of contact for researching Accounts Receivable concerns for key customers to resolve underlying issues delaying invoice payment
  • Proactively identify underperforming accounts (high return rates, underutilized inventory etc.) to root cause underlying factors and rollout best inventory programs to ensure their success.

Qualifications


YOU BRING:

  • At least three (3) years’ experience in a client-facing role with a similar function (account management, customer success, business development). Experience with inventory management strongly preferred.
  • Prior experience with detailed data analysis, experience in Excel data analysis (Pivot tables etc.) strongly preferred.
  • Successful experience working with Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, CRM/ERP systems, and end to end Customer Operations Process.
  • Bachelor’s degree required, professional certification in Supply Chain Management, Business Management or related field strongly preferred.
  • Fluent in English
