Ryptic Team Building (teambuilding.ryptic.com) is the virtual, B2B focused wing of our event hosting company. You will be joining our current team of 30+ employees and contractors who are extremely passionate about creating and facilitating incredibly fun and memorable team building events. You will be working most closely with our CEO, COO and Operations Manager.

You're an expert communicator and have excellent customer service skills. You’re a sales all-star with at least 1+ years of direct B2B sales experience, selling with an average value of $500+. The Role:
At Ryptic Team Building, we’re looking for a customer service and sales all-star to be a Customer Service & Booking Representative. The job will be 100% remote, Monday through Friday, with the occasional weekend availability needed to meet the demand on the business, standard US business hours (somewhere between ~9AM and ~8PM EST; ~40h/week).
You will work with the team to:
- Respond to Inbound leads by email and phone and help customers complete bookings
- Prepare event logistics/invoices for large B2B clients
- Build a B2B client list you can go back to for recurring sales
- Work with the sales manager to send email campaigns to your book of clients
- Find creative solutions with the sales team to increase your average transaction volume and weekly transactions
- Use salesforce or Freshdesk to streamline your work
- Respond to customer emails in a timely fashion with necessary information
- Creating bookings for customers using our booking platform and emails
- Respond to phone calls in a timely fashion and respond to questions
- Follow up with customers regarding their bookings
- Other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 1+ years of direct B2B sales experience in an inbound sales environment
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Quick and accurate communicator via email, phone and text
- Quiet, stable work environment with reliable internet connection
- Reliable and consistent performer, meeting deadlines and hitting goals
- Ability to lead by example, via a “player/coach” role, as the team grows
- A roll up your sleeves, self-starter personality
- Unquestioned ethics and clarity around doing the right thing for our customers, for your co-workers, and for the company
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Highly motivated to be successful and over-achieve on goals

Salary:
Hourly, non-exempt, Rate: $15 to $18 per hour + commission equal to a percentage of sales - (up to $600 monthly).
