Customer Service/General Office Associate (FT)

• Looking for a multi-tasking team player with customer service experience and basic knowledge of computers and web-based applications. You must be able to communicate well in person and over the phone and bilingual communication is a plus.
• Reliable transportation is a must.
• Candidate must be able to work shifts 9 am - 5 pm and 12 pm to 8 pm at either of our San Fernando Valley locations, North Hollywood or Northridge. A minimum of 32 hours per week required.

• Attending training sessions to grow knowledge of products and to develop customer service skills.
• Resolving phone, walk-in, mail, fax, and email customer inquiries.
• Processing and logging incoming calls into the CRM system.
• Identifying customer needs.
• Forwarding and escalating inquiries to relevant individuals and departments.
• Contacting customers to give them accurate feedback on the progress of their inquiries.
• Providing outstanding customer service.
• Updating customer information as required.
• Maintaining confidentiality of information.
• Performing other duties as the need arises.
