Do to our amazing growth we are expanding again and hiring for a Customer Service Technical Support person to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with their inquiries through phone calls, emails, and ticketing system, Zendesk.
- Provide information about the products and services
- Accurately and quickly document all notes, assistance provided, action take, etc
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Maintain working knowledge of Echelon products and technologies
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- 1 year of experience in customer service or call center preferred, but not required
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and Google Sheets
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
