Job Description:

The Customer Service Team Member will be responsible for ensuring that all guests have an outstanding experience. The Customer Service Team Member will educate guests on the benefits of our memberships and navigate them through the wash. The customer service representative will ensure that the presentation of the site is always up to company standards.

Physical Demands:

The ability to lift 50 pounds regularly, respond quickly to sounds, move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces, see clearly and respond to dangerous situations, safely climb ladders while carrying 50 pounds or more, work in extreme weather and wear PPE correctly throughout the day.

Essential Functions:

  • Provide superior customer service for all guests.
  • Assist both team members and customers.
  • Inform customers about the benefits of our membership packages.
  • Navigate customers through the wash experience.
  • Exceed service goals and sales.
  • Keep facility clean and up to company standards

EDUCATION:

High school diploma or equivalent.

EXPERIENCE:

Customer service, retail sales associate, production associate or car wash experience preferred but not required.

Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • High energy with a positive outlook.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
