Job Description:
- Provide outstanding Customer Service to our customers
- Monitor customer’s deliveries and communicate timely with customers as needed
- Monitor purchase orders through Excel reports
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and text
- Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment on multiple computer systems

Below is a list of requirements/qualifications necessary to be considered for these positions:
- Minimum of 1 year customer service
- Must take initiative, be self-directed and have good time management skills
- Must be organized and detail orientated
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office especially Excel
- Ability to work weekends & evenings and most holidays
