Let’s make a ripple effect together. Guest Experience Team Members are responsible for the daily operations at a ModWash location. You’ll work as a team to ensure each guest has an outstanding experience while driving membership sales to help grow the ModWash brand. What you’ll do: • Deliver mind blowing customer service.

- Present and explain each of the ModWash packages and the benefits of unlimited memberships. • Safely guide guests through the ModWash tunnel. • Actively engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction. • Ensure facilities are always clean and presentable.
- Ability to work on your feet for an entire shift in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to lift or move 25 pounds. Who you are: • Confident: I project a professional image and positive energy. I take ownership of the cleanliness of the property.
