Customer Service Specialist

 : Love playing detective? Is attention to detail your thing? The Ops CI Team may be the perfect fit! As a team we audit all 18 production teams within Operations, providing consistent feedback to help ensure that we are delivering the highest quality loans possible to our investors as well as providing elite service to our clients at all times!WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Reviewing a random sample of files for each team
• Communicating any findings to team members and their leader
• Reviewing and responding to any rebuttals
• Keeping a close eye out for any instance where a borrower is owed restitution and kicking off that process
• Identifying and analyzing error trends and providing suggestions on ways to improve
• Calculating weekly and monthly LQ scores
• Outbound and Inbound calls to 3rd parties to resolve various situations

• Strong computer knowledge and skills, familiarity with Excel is preferred

• Ablitity to make and recieve phone calls
