Job Description:
Gate City Bank is excited to be hiring a part-time Customer Service Specialist at our Fargo Customer Service Center. This position offers opportunity for advancement with a progressive self-development program. The primary responsibilities of this position include:

  • Provide customer service over the phone to customers including information on accounts, rates, products and services
  • Process transactions such as online banking, ATM card, and general account questions
  • Participate in a fast paced, high energy, collaborative work environment.
  • Provide "Brilliant at the Basics" customer service while answering a high volume of incoming calls

Qualified candidates will have excellent computer skills; excellent customer service skills including written and verbal communication; ability to complete multiple tasks; and working knowledge of Windows, Internet and Microsoft Office.

Hours available:
8a-2p variable with rotating Saturdays
