Job Description

The Scheduling Manager is a key point of contact for the client and shares the responsibility of building and maintaining the client relationship. The relationship needs to range from interaction with key executive management to daily contacts. The Scheduling Manager supports Account Managers in ownership of various accounts. The Scheduling Manager also has a small portfolio of accounts which they are the primary point of contact.

Key contributors to a Scheduling Manager's success is being solution-oriented, consultative, and have effective time management skills.

Scheduling Manager's tasks can consist of, but are not limited to:

  • Scheduling
  • Contractor negotiation
  • Quality Control follow-up on services
  • Client Escalation
  • Teamwork

Requirements:

  • Ability to balance supporting an account as well as being a primary point of contact on smaller accounts.
  • Must have the ability to interact and communicate with all levels of management internally and externally.
  • Ability to understand client needs and provide strong customer service
  • Being able to multi-task handling competing needs simultaneously
  • Ability to see the big picture and be proactive
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Professional demeanor
  • Flexibility to complete tasks as needed
  • Emergency Phone coverage during scheduled rotation

Preferred experience:

  • Facilities management experience
  • Dispatching or Project Management
  • Vendor or contractor scheduling a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
To keep our employees safe, we have implemented a temporary remote policy that will apply to this position. After 2-3 weeks of training onsite with social distancing guidelines, the job will work from home until it’s determined offices are safe to reopen.

  • Customer Service: 2 years (Required)
  • Facilities management: 1 year (Preferred)
