Job Description

Have fun, working on a great team, with a mission to help save lives! We are looking for motivated, outgoing, full-time customer service representatives for our in-house Sales Center (call). Enthusiastic and dedicated individuals with good communication skills, a genuine love of children and who have a sales driven mindset are a great fit for this role. At Emler, our #1 priority is providing excellent, caring service for our customers and employees.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Have FUN, and sell to incoming call and internet leads
  • Answer phones and provide information about our swim lessons
  • Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities though inbound leads via phone and email
  • Computer data entry and report generation in registration software
  • Close sales and collect payments
  • Develop and maintain strong knowledge of Emler Swim School programs and sales opportunities
  • Able to meet and exceed weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals
  • Work independently (remote) on a team of Inside Sales Reps, collaborating as needed
  • The individual in this position should be personable, highly motivated, a problem solver, reliable, ethical, intelligent and able to adapt to changing environments

Full training provided, prior experience in inside sales is preferred.

Successful applicants are required to attend training virtually.

Schedules will be determined by the Sales Manager and employees are expected to be available during weekdays, evenings and alternate Saturdays.

Requirements

  • Proven inside sales experience
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone presence and experience following up with dozens of leads per day
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Reliable access to phone, internet and computer
  • Office space or desk space with minimal distractions
