Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher

We are Fidelity Auto Shipping, Corp. and we're looking to hire a dispatcher to help with customer service, documentation requirements, and assigning loads to various carriers.

This job position will require these necessary traits:
-Be able to negotiate rates with carriers to maximize profit margins.
-Have excellent skills with math and writing.
-MUST BE ON TIME, have your own car.
-Have excellent organization skills.
-Must be responsible.
-The candidate MUST have a clear speaking voice (English), bilingual a plus but not necessary.

$14.00 /$16.00 hour with 3-month probation and option for raise
M-F 8.30 am - 5.30 pm Saturday and Sunday optional
Qualifications:
Candidate MUST have a clear speaking voice (English), bilingual a plus. Must have reliable transportation.
