Customer Service Representative/Collections Specialist

We offer $15 to $18 an hour starting pay with the opportunity to make a $25 base pay plus commission. Weekly pay and bonuses.

We are looking for a Collection Specialist to contact consumers and collect outstanding payments. You will strike a balance between maintaining trustful relationships and ensuring timely payments. Candidates should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as a team.

DEBT RECOVERY SPECIALIST RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Negotiate repayment plans on outstanding debt from customers for national financial institutions.
• Meet key performance indicators as outlined by management.
• Meet expected Quality and Compliance standards
• Ability to communicate and negotiate with a variety of customers in various financial situations
• Manage existing accounts and payments

DEBT RECOVERY SPECIALIST QUALIFICATIONS:

• Reliable transportation or access to public transportation
• Ability to negotiate
• Ability to sit for extended periods of time
• Computer literate
• Excellent communication skills
• Collections experience a plus
• Bilingual is a plus

FBCS Offers:

We pay $14 to $17 an hour base pay with the ability to make up to $25 an hour base pay PLUS commission.
