- Remote Work from Home Environment (May require onsite training at 767 South State Road 7 Margate, Fl 33068)
- Monday - Sunday Hours of Operation (Full-time hours only)
- Pay starting at $12.00 per hour

- Manage high volume of customer interaction through various channels as a Customer Service Representative
- Communicate directly with customers on products and services offered by our clients
- Process service orders/exchanges and rescheduling deliveries
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Provide feedback and suggestions on the efficiency of the customer service process
- Achieve team targets and call handling quotas
- Must be local to south Florida for equipment pickup & possible onsite training at Margate office

- High-speed internet minimum requirements 50Mbps or higher (Ethernet connection required, no Wifi)
- Customer Service experience
- Interpersonal and Communication skills- Clear speech, great listener, attention to detail
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and control time effectively
- Ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters/ situations
- High school diploma/GED
- Ability to pass a pre-employment skills assessment
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background screen
