Palm Springs Animal Hospital is hiring an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our amazing team!

The CSR is responsible for overseeing the schedule and staffing needs of the CSRs, handling client complaints, training and cash office duties. Our ideal candidate enjoys working with people and diverse clients and is caring, friendly, and efficient. Creates a warm and welcoming impression. Remains professional and courteous while handling multiple tasks with many interruptions.
Our ideal candidate:
Recent experience as a veterinary receptionist or medical office receptionist
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Is self-motivated and able to work independently
Is a great team player
Has experience with answering multi-phone lines
Has basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
Is familiar with standard office equipment
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Telephone communications
Client Relations
Hospitality
Computer use and Maintenance
Client Education
Procedures and Protocols
Record Keeping and Filing
Patient Admit and Discharge
