Job Description

Nicolosi Fine Foods located In Union City NJ has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team.

Major Responsibilities
Efficiently process Customer orders.
Ensure orders are entered accurately and with urgency.
Understand and communicate policies and procedures.
Track, monitor, and resolve issues related to customer orders.
Prepare correspondence informing sales and accounts of relevant order/account information.
Analyze sales trends, returns, cancellations, order revisions, and shipments.
Work with sales personnel as it relates to customer issues including order changes, cancellations, returns, refusals, or shipping issues.
Proactively manage status of orders on a daily basis.
Establish and maintain a strong working relationship with other departments.

  • Utilize GPS system to track trucks and update customers
  • Communicate orders to production for efficient and timely deliveries
  • Find competitive rates for 3rdparty shipping

  • Excellent time management, telephone and email skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office programs, including Excel and Word.
  • QuickBooks a plus.

Experience Needed
Min 2 years’ experience in Customer Service/Call Center, preferably in the food industry.

Hours are Monday to Friday from 6 AM to 3 PM with overtime as needed.

Pay rate: earnings based on experience and skill set

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $20.00 per hour
