Job Description

We are a family owned Diesel Automotive Repair Shop located in Sparks, NV. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Customer Service Representative that would like to grow into a service writer, to add to our very talented and dedicated team.

Our company focus is on General Repair from normal Scheduled Maintenance to Major Engine Overhauls and everything in between.

A Customer Service Representative is in charge of all customer communication which includes keeping customers updated on their repairs and services. The Customer Service Representative would receive training to be able to write repair orders. Once required training is complete the Customer Services Representative would be in charge of service writing, ordering parts and presenting information to all customers.

We do provide a structured learning environment for continued on the job training. This ensures that all employees can comfortably grow with our company for many years to come.

The shop offers;

· Monday - Friday work week - No Nights, Weekends, or Holidays

40 hours a week / Paid weekly

· Paid Vacation & Paid Holidays

Job Requirements;

· Valid Driver's License

· 2+ years as a Professional Customer Service

· 3 Professional References (minimum required)
We are seeking a long term candidate that wants to grow with our company. Pay is based on candidates current skill set and experience.
