Kennelwood Pet Resorts of St. Louis, MO and the Metro East is hiring full-time and part-time Customer Service Representatives. A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
As a Customer Service Representative, you arrive each day determined to provide quality and efficient customer service to each and every client-whether internal or external, two-legged or four-legged. As the first point of contact for most of our services, you play an essential role in establishing trust with our current and future clients.
You are always professional as you take reservations, answer questions, and resolve concerns both in person and over the phone. You greet clients warmly as you check their pets in for services such as boarding, grooming, Day Camp, or dog training. You always listen carefully and ensure that each pet parent's instructions and needs are communicated correctly to the appropriate personnel. You keep accurate and organized records on all incoming and outgoing clientele.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to type at least 25 WPM
- Basic computer proficiency
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems
- Comfortable working around animal hair and dander
- Customer service experience
- A love for cats and dogs
Any sales experience would be a plus! Are you a people person who loves animals too? Do you prioritize tasks effectively? Do you have excellent communication both in person and on the phone? WORK SCHEDULE
Our pet resort office hours are 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, so this position requires flexibility within those hours. We are also open 7 days a week, therefore weekends and holidays are part of the job.
