Customer Service Representative
compensation: $17.00/hour

San Diego Self Storage is seeking an energetic, motivated, and goal oriented Full Time (40 Hours) Storage Consultant to be a part of our team at Sorrento Valley Self Storage! Responsibilities:
- Provide superior customer service.
- Assist customers in person and over the phone.
- Ability to understand and implement our lease and fees.
- Sell moving supplies, insurance and units.
- Light maintenance and custodial.
- Verify and balance cash drawer, properly carry out opening and closing procedures.
- Conduct a Complete Unit Inventory Check (walk through).
Requirements
- Availability to work weekends
- Excellent customer service skills and phone etiquette.
- Some sales experience.
- Detail oriented, strong organizational and time management skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn new software.
- Able and willing to perform light custodial duties including, but not limited to dusting and mopping.
- Must have a valid California Driver License, car insurance, and reliable transportation.
-Willing to undergo a background screening, physical, and drug screening
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour
