Overview: EcoShield, a Shield Co. affiliate, is currently hiring for Customer Service Representatives in your area. We are a growing company who proudly provides our customers with comprehensive solutions for pest-free living. Our Customer Services Representatives, or CSRs, work closely with our internal teams to ensure our customers are satisfied with our services.

They are committed to quality and pride themselves in the details. They are friendly and upbeat when corresponding with customers and peers. The primary responsibilities of the CSR position include:
- Scheduling and routing Technicians to appointments
- Providing amazing customer service through multiple modes of communication
- Building positive relationships with peers, technicians, and sales professionals
- Completing audits and running and analyzing reports, as assigned
- Following up with customers and checking for overall account satisfaction
- Notating detailed customer notes on accounts
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to walk. The employee is occasionally required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; and climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
- The noise level in the work environment is low to moderate.
- Complete a background check and drug screen that produce acceptable results
- Have a commitment to honest and exceptional customer service
- Be willing to work Monday - Friday, alternating Saturdays and some holidays
- Have 6+ months of experience of customer service experience, specifically communicating using phone answering and relay systems, email and/or SMS
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Able to type 60 WPM
