We are currently looking for a passionate, solutions driven Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Service team. The Representative will work with Cacique’s consumers and customers in providing solutions to their concerns while adhering to the highest level of customer service and living to our values of Family, Quality, Integrity and Authenticity.


The Customer Service Representative will be supporting not only consumers and customer but internal departments such as Sales, Logistics, Operations, Accounting and Finance.


Required Skills

Consumer Support:

  • Respond to product inquiries, web inquiries, store locator, etc.
  • Process and follow up on product consumer concerns

Customer Support:

  • Checking on status of Customer orders
  • Confirming sales orders to Customers and respond to Customer addition requests
  • Inquire and communicate product shortages to clients
  • Process and respond to Customer product concerns

Sales Support:

  • Communicate product allocations with Sales Team
  • Daily Sales invoicing for Cacique and El Sol Foods
  • Process Sales orders (EDI, Online, Email, and Fax)
  • Communicate with Customers, Brokers, and Sales Reps regarding their accounts

Logistics Support:

  • Checking on Inbound and Outbound truck status
  • Creating and managing the routing of local deliveries and Will Call
  • Product returns and credits


Required Experience
  • 3 to 5 years of Customer Service in a Food Manufacturing or CPG Manufacturing
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize internal, customer, and consumer needs
  • Preferred experience with Microsoft Navision, Outlook, Excel, and Retail Link (Walmart portal)
  • Bilingual – Spanish preferred but not required.
