We are currently hiring a Customer Service Representative at Canyon Creek Cabinet Company!
Full-time, 40 hours/week, expected overtime during peak season
Day Shift: 8am to 5pm
SCOPE OF POSITION:
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is an individual contributor role responsible for going above and beyond, ultimately creating a great customer experience and a delighted customer. The Customer Service Representative is the main point of contact for our customers and sales teams to help answer questions and resolve issues. Responsible for frontline communications with external and internal customers regarding orders, warranties and service, product related questions, inquiries, and account maintenance.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Answer incoming calls, emails, Salesforce case requests, and other inquiries according to department standards and provide appropriate response timely
- Effectively communicates with internal and external customers, sales representatives, and management
- Serves as key contact to Canyon Creek Cabinet customers in responding to inquiries including but not limited to order status, product information, claims / returns, order processing, account status programs, marketing promotions and processes
- Assesses problems, issues, concerns to determine appropriate course of action, and implement appropriate resolutions to both internal and external customers
- Ensures familiarity with the full breadth of Canyon Creek products
- Consistently demonstrates commitment to team, customer and driving for results.
- Process service requests, product returns, warranties for multiple product lines with a high level of speed and accuracy
ATTRIBUTES & CHARACTERISTICS:

- Demonstrates strong communication skills, listening, verbal and written
- Proficiency in computer skills including MS Office as well as working with databases
- Familiarity with Salesforce preferred but not required
- Familiarity with 2020 design software preferred but not required
- Solid organization skills including multi-tasking and follow-up
- Ability to handle negativity and remain positive amid pressure
- Strong understanding of basic product knowledge
- Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and driven
- Team Oriented
- Ability to continuously learn and apply knowledge as our business continues to grow and change
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Work is performed in a temperature controlled office with temperatures subject to normal environmental conditions.
At times hearing protection and safety glasses may be required, when entering the manufacturing area.
Work surfaces are primarily carpeted office areas with desk and work station provided. Personnel will primarily sit while performing their respective job functions, for up to 8-10 hours a day.
