Casco Antiguo is seeking As a Customer Service Sales Associate, the candidate you will ensure that customers leave the store satisfied and you will contribute to the company’s profitability. Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out. You will help identify customer needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions.
Able to lift 50 lbs unassisted, follow all Safety and Company protocols and guidelines
Responsibilities
- Greet and direct customers in store
- Conduct sales and customer service in person, on the phone, or email.
- Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
- Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
- Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
- Cross-sell products
- Coordinate with other sales associates and team members to provide excellent customer service.
- Inform customers about promotions and special offers
- Provide customer feedback to the store and district manager
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services.
- Customer Service, Sales, Research, Invoicing, Item Labelling, Inventory Counting, Order Processing
Skills
- Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Associate, Sales Representative or similar role
- Understanding of the retail sales process
- Basic math and computer skills
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
- Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
- Schedule flexibility
- High school degree
- Diving and related field is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $12.00 per hour
