Job Description
Description: There are two main targets for this position: one is to obtain further Customer Satisfaction, the other is to enhance the efficiency in each task by adding knowledge and expertise of individuals. A well-balanced approach for these two targets is expected. In adddition, this position communicates with our customers (Automotive, Industrial and OEM) in the language of their choice (English and/or Spanish) in order to convert inquiries into orders. Responds to their requirements by making any necessary product interchanges and by offering price and delivery information for a combination of NSK and/or RHP products. Coordinates communication between Sales, Engineering, and other departments.
Responsibilities: 1. Checks inventories in NLA stock and in other warehouses around the world, if necessary, and coordinates shipments from these warehouses in order to satisfy the customer's orders(s).
2. Reviews, processes and changes orders accordingly by effective utilization of RAS, MISTRAL and other systems.
3. Prepares proforma invoices and obtains customer's approval prior to shipment, transmits customer's approved orders to warehouse for picking and packing, issues inspection and insurance documentation for shipments, in an expeditious manner.
4. Recommends to the Sr. CSR the purchase NSK/RHP products.
5. Capability to recognize and identify customers' problems and the authority to either solve them immediately, or pass to supervisor for rectification.
6. On a daily basis, updates necessary reports, maintains and updates files.
7. Possesses knowledge of appropriate trade practices, customs and laws of the countries in the Latin American area.Qualifications: This job requires a minimum of a High School Diploma or Equivalent and 2 to 4 years of position-related experience; the preferred formal education is a Technical Diploma or Associate's Degree and 4 to 6 years of position-related experience.Benefits Offered:
