Job Description
Layton Veterinary Hospital is now hiring a part time Customer Service Representative to join their AMAZING team!
Ideal Candidate:
- must have excellent customer service skills
- must be able to multitask and prioritize duties
- must be able to handle multiple phone lines
- must be able to maintain professional, upbeat demeanor
- experience in the animal care field preferred but not required
- must be available until 8:00pm and willing to work 2 weekends per month
- manage high volume of incoming calls
- be responsible for admitting and discharging patients
- fill prescriptions
- maintain medical records
- be responsible for extensive client communication and education
- assist our veterinarians and technical team
