Customer Service Representative

Layton Veterinary Hospital is now hiring a part time Customer Service Representative to join their AMAZING team!

Ideal Candidate:

• must have excellent customer service skills
• must be able to multitask and prioritize duties
• must be able to handle multiple phone lines
• must be able to maintain professional, upbeat demeanor
• experience in the animal care field preferred but not required
• must be available until 8:00pm and willing to work 2 weekends per month

Job Responsibilities:

• manage high volume of incoming calls
• be responsible for admitting and discharging patients
• fill prescriptions
• maintain medical records
• be responsible for extensive client communication and education
• assist our veterinarians and technical team
