We are currently looking for team-oriented individuals that are dedicated to providing high-quality customer service to our customers. Our customer service representatives are a vital part of the company and the first voice our current and potential customers will hear. The ideal candidate is a positive person with good communication skills and a strong work ethic and is eager to learn as no experience is necessary and we will provide all training through the company. You must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 10:15A - 7:15P
Responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative:
- Answers inbound customer service calls, resolves customer service concerns, and provides resolutions and timely follow-up with customers
- Escalates customer issues requiring extensive problem solving to the appropriate individual
- Checks production for accuracy and enters in any missing production invoices
- Generates sales of extra services for current and potential customers
- General data entry to help complete projects in a timely manner
- Support other staff in anything they made need help with
Qualifications of a Customer Service Representative:
- Ability to maintain and personify our core values - positive attitude, customer first, professionalism, dedicated, and have a desire to succeed
- Good verbal and written skills
- Previous customer service experience
- Computer skills preferred
- Must be able to type at least 50 WPM
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Time management skills, including punctuality for on-time attendance
- Able to pass a background check and drug screen
