Base Pay Rate: $9.00 – $11.50 depending on experience and job level. Top CSAs earn $25+ / hour total pay after commission.

CRITICAL FOCUS AREAS: Profits:

  • Damage claims are reduced.
  • Conveyor speed is maintained.
  • The movement of customer vehicles onto the conveyor is quick and safe.
  • Provide favorable presentation to company standard.

PRIMARY DUTIES:

  • Production of Wash.
  • Load every customer vehicle according to company policy.
  • Facilitate the efficient process of customer vehicles by following the correct procedure for every vehicle through the car wash.
  • Guide on customers using distinctive and clear hand signals.
  • Maintain eye contact and smile.
  • Review the entrance end sign instructions with every customer.
  • Give the customer “two thumbs-up” sign when their vehicle is placed correctly and ready to start the wash process.
  • Continually clean all areas of the car wash between guiding customers onto the conveyor.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on the car wash equipment.
  • Perform minor equipment repairs as trained and directed.
  • Keep personal appearance clean and uniform neat in appearance.
  • Consistently and correctly uphold company policies.
  • Attend and actively participate in meetings and training sessions when available.
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

SKILLS:

  • Learn to communicate effectively with managers, co-workers and customers.
  • Attend and actively participate in meetings and training sessions when available.
  • Manage all monetary transactions to include bank deposits and pay station reconciliation.
  • Assist in Managing Spare Parts Inventory.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Working in all types of weather conditions.
  • Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds.

REQUIREMENT:

  • Must have High School Diploma or Equivalent (or currently attend school).
  • Enjoy working with Customers.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.
  • Ability to be courteous and act in a professional manner.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to $14.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
