Job Description

Our Customer Service Representatives are responsible for responding to customer inquiries, handling resolve customer issues and resolve customer inquiries. The successful candidate will have prior experience answering phones, strong customer service skills, the ability to multi-task effectively, and an understanding of current copyright law.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer inquiries.
  • Receive orders over the phone.
  • Customize packages for customers.
  • Verify customer data for accuracy.
  • Execute transactions on behalf of customers.
  • Look up information for customers.
  • Give status updates to customers.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $9.50 - $11.00 per hour
