Function

We are currently hiring for a Customer Service Representative in our Duluth, Georgia location.


Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer PO's and invoice for product purchases, goods or services. Examine warranty claims and handle customer returns and exchanges; issue return material authorization numbers.

  • Receives/screens incoming customer calls. Communicates information to customers.

  • Respond to customer inquiries by researching status of orders for repair, return or field servicing.

  • Provide general administrative support related to customer service activities.

  • Serve in leadership role to co-workers including scheduling and training.

  • Interact with other departments to ensure delivery schedule or help resolve account billing.

  • Run administrative KPI reports and manage reconciliation of data.
