Job Description
Enterprise Rent A Car located at the Denver International Airport, has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative!
The Customer Service Representative will provide a high level of service and focus to our customers by assisting our clients (face- to- face) with all of their rental needs. Each interaction with our customers will walk through veryifing information, inspecting the condition of a reserved vehicle and going over our additional products beforing the customer signs the rental agreement. As a Customer Service Representative, you will gain knowledge through in person training, one- on- one development and a certification award to feel confident in any position during the rental process.
Starting compensation for this position is $20 -$22 / hour workin 40 hours a week

- Earn up to $800 / month in bonuses!

Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet customers in a friendly and timely manner
- Provide a high level of customer service by assisting customers and assessing their rental needs
- Assist to assess condition of rental upon return
- Understand and communicate rental terms and conditions, vehicle features and other services
- Provide directions and general assistance
- Process returns, check-ins and exit kiosk transactions
- Responsible for notifying Management of any known vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenance
- Clean vehicle interior and exterior by hand or by operating washing equipment when needed
- Perform miscellaneous and backup duties job-related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must not have more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- Must not have any drug or alcohol related conviction (DUI, DWI, DWAI) on record within the past 5 years
- Must be able to work a 40 hour work week
- Must have at least 6 months prior customer service retail or administrative support experience
- Must be able to stand and work on your feet walking inside and outside in all seasons and weather conditions
