Job Description
Overview: Symmons is seeking a Customer Service Representative who will respond to customer inquiries or requests regarding Symmons products accurately and in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders by using company pricing and commission practices
- Provide order information, expedite, cancel and change orders
- Verifies and determines product specifications
- Determines appropriate delivery method based on customer’s need and schedules order fulfillment date by using company published lead times
- Determine best method to resolve basic customer service problems to ensure customer satisfaction
- Building strong and trusting relationships with customers
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
- Possess previous customer service or call center experience
- Previous plumbing background experience either in sales or general plumbing is a plus
- A strong aptitude for troubleshooting is strongly desired
- Must be motivated and able to work independently
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Possess strong PC skills (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Pleasant and friendly phone attitude
- Must be a team player
