Job Description

We are currently looking for a part time/full-time front counter customer service representative with strong administrative skills for our busy sign shop. The position offers competitive pay, paid time off, and profit sharing, depending on employment status, not to mention it's a fun place to work where you can see your efforts in the delight that comes from our customers receiving beautiful products.

In this role you will be responsible for ensuring that everyone that walks through the door, calls on the phone or emails in has a wonderful experience. You will provide product information, explain service offerings, maintain customer records, invoice and collect payments, and maintain the showroom by keeping all the shelves stocked and the place looking tidy and sparkling clean. If you are a real go-getter there's plenty of room for growth.

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

Job Duties:

  • Answer incoming customer inquiries
  • Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
  • Record customer information within our customer service database
  • Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
  • Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
  • Other duties as requested
