Customer Service Representative

AAA Washington is looking for Full Time Superheroes! Are you located in the State of Washington? Virtual training starts June 6th, 2022! We provide paid training and all computer equipment needed. This is a remote position, however there may be a few times where we would have you work at our coprorate office in Belleuve (Factoria Neighborhood). If offered the position, we will have you meet us on site for a paid meeting to set up and bring your equipment home. In the future, our coporate office will be open as an option for work at that location.

As a Customer Service Representative in our Member Services Call Center, you will be a super hero for our members. You will field calls in our 24/7 call center to provide emergency roadside service to our more than one million members.

We serve our members by making their satisfaction our highest priority. Members lead the way and we are looking for candidates who can get the job done with the best needs of the member in mind. Position Logistics:

Work from home with equipment provided by AAA Washington. You must have reliable home internet service. Your training schedule is Monday-Friday 8am to 430pm for the first three weeks. After that, you will be assigned a shift could be any day of the week, though your weekend will always be two days in a row. You will also receive a 12% shift differential for working on a Saturday or Sunday or evening hours on week days. Three to four months after your first day, you would participate in a shift bid that could assign you any shift from starting at 5am to as late of a start as 4pm (no overnight positions would be assigned) any day of the week. The shift bid is done in order of your performance ranking.

In this position, you will be the person to send assistance to our members and be their HERO! We are hiring for Full Time employees.
