We are hiring part-time CSR's! This role is a great opportunity for anyone who needs hours outside the typical 9-5 job.

  • Inside sales and customer service skills


  • Excellent communication skills enabling you to easily build relationships, assess customer needs, and recommend the best services


  • Exceptional phone skills


  • Knowledge of CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and Keyboarding


What you will be doing:


As a CSR, you will be the face and voice of Watermelon Swim and will speak to parents and caregivers in a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable manner. You will interact with parents/caregivers, answer questions, enroll new and repeat swimmers, and promote sell our swim program. To succeed you need to be outgoing, organized, dependable, focused, energetic, and have a clear sense of fun!


We are hiring part-time team members with shifts available during the day, evening, and on weekends, with a minimum availability of 20 hours per week.


Watermelon Swim is an award-winning, year-round swim school in the Tampa Bay area that recently won the Small Business of the Year award from the Tampa Chamber of Commerce. We have 4 year- round facilities- Lutz, Riverview, South Tampa, and Wesley Chapel. Our goal is to grow a community full of safer swimmers and reduce the risks while increasing confidence in and around water. Watermelon Swim is proud to employ the best swim instructors and customer service team in the Tampa Bay area which we are currently looking to expand.
