Position Summary:
*This is a full-time And Part Time position.
*Customer Service experience a MUST
*If your willing to learn our ways and system we're willing to train the right person.
*Cell Phone Necessary.
*Access to at home internet Necessary.
Your day to day responsibilities would include:
* When speaking to customers: Listen, acknowledge, sympathize, act.
*Basic computer skills required. Noting files in the database.
**Good problem-solving skills with customers making complaints.
* Answering incoming calls - Setting time to call back and follow up
*Clear and respectful communication skills.
*Follow up calls before/after the move.
*Resolving customer issues.
* High Volume Incoming Calls.
* Ability to multitask.
* This is a 1099 position as an independent contractor.
