Customer Service Rep / Self Pay / Medical Collections

We are hiring an EXPERIENCED Customer Service Rep with medical self pay collections in our Edina location. You must have experience working with patient registration and various healthcare insurance plans. You will be helping the patient understand their hospital bill and claims. You will be helping the patient set up payment arrangements for their portion of their hospital claim. Experience in a physicians office or a hospital business office is preferred. Experience with medical billing software and EMR software is preferred. Experience with EOBs is required.
