Job Description

As a Customer Service Rep, you will be providing routine service support to our customers who initiate contact with the customer care center. This may involve questions about their accounts, online directions or password resets. You will communicate directly with customers, as well as internal service partners to effectively resolve issues, questions, and service request.

The Agents responsibilities are listed as below:

  • Responsible to participate in client trainings
  • Responsible to provide call and online (chat message) support to the customer.
  • Participate in daily/weekly team meetings
  • Will need to follow client processes and templates to document during call, after call work as per client standards
  • Identify calls that they are should be sent to a specialist.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $10.50 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
