Customer Service

Customer Service Specialist opening.If you love to work with people, are detail oriented and computer friendly, we are in need of customer service specialists to work full time (35-40 hours per week) or part time (20-25 hours per week). Full time hours would be 6:45 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. Part-time hours would be 2 p.m. to close (6 p.m. plus closing tasks) on scheduled weekdays plus 2-3 Saturdays per month (8:45 a.m. to 3:15 p.m.). Experience with clothing and/or fabrics would be a plus. Job description for part time includes assisting customers, checking in, tagging and inspecting clothing, closing duties. Full time position includes working with customers and clothing as described in part time position plus assembly and preparing orders for return to customers. Friendly person with good communication skills a must. Sewing skills (i.e., buttons) a plus. We are a family owned local business with 26 years of experience in dry cleaning in South Lincoln.
