Asheville Community Movement in Asheville, NC is looking for a customer service specialist to join our team. We are a gymnastics facility in Asheville, NC. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, hard-working, loves being around children, and enjoys interacting with people.
Responsibilities
- *Greet and welcome customers *Answer any questions the customers may have *Assist Customers in enrolling their children in classes *Communicate announcements to customers *Clean work space and customer lobby area and maintain a tidy work environment *Respond to all complaints in a friendly and professional manner *Answer phone and return messages *Return customer emails *Take payments and assist with billing and receivables *File paperwork *Assist managers with daily tasks as needed *Assist with marketing *Other office tasks as needed
Qualifications
- *Works well with others; team player *Friendly attitude even when dealing with disgruntled customers *Responsible and proven ability to maintain commitments *Ability to quickly address concerns customers may have *Good verbal and written communication skills *Computer savvy and comfortable working with different apps and programs *Quick learner *Fast typist
Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $12.00 - $17.00/hour.
