Job Description

Want to be Sales associate at a fast growing company both online and in store? Join a dynamic, new team and make a difference in this gun industry and excelling in customer service and online sales.

This is a set schedule of Tuesday - Saturday every week. From 9 AM - 6 PM.

The customer service/sales rep is responsible for sales activities and customer service job duties from all online sales channels including our websites, Amazon, eBay, Walmart, emails and phone calls. The customer service/sales rep must also be familiar with the firearms, and firearm accessories. Individual responsibilities as a customer service/sales rep may include answering phones, responding to emails, entering orders and processing out completed orders as well as website live chat and data entry.

A customer service/sales rep must process payments by totaling purchases; processing checks, cash and store or other credit cards. Must also be able to deal with customer refunds courteously and professionally. Maintains a professional attitude with sincerity and enthusiasm reflecting companies commitment to our customer. Develops product knowledge by reading current vendor tags and pamphlets and attending training classes in order to communicate it to the customer. Stays current with promotional events and sales.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At minimum, a basic knowledge of firearms and firearms safety.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Proficient in verbal and written English language
  • Knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to read, write and effectively communicate with customers, peers and management
  • Ability to multi-task, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business
  • Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision
  • Customer service focus
  • Enthusiastic, friendly and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service
  • Available to work a variety of hours, which may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

Experience:

  • Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)
