The Customer Service - Data Analyst is a key position working closely with the Customer Service Team on number of important functions. The data analyst works closely with the project planner and facilitates key functions such as securing assets for upcoming installations and moving assets to correct status upon installation and removal completion. In addition, the data analyst performs important financial functions such PO creation, verification of all incoming charges and moving project costs to either capitalization or ‘bill to customer’ status. Finally, the data analyst is responsible for verifying sales entries for new projects, creating work orders and facilitating site surveys and creating project files for project management review.
Day to Day Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Review of project sales database and creation of site survey work orders
- Create project files for project managers to review and facilitate site surveys upon design completion
- Work with project planner to secure assets for projects and move assets across projects based on project priority
- Work with other service centers to swap asset inventory as needed
- Assign correct status to capital inventory upon completion of installation or removal
- Create POs for external contractors and follow up on incoming charges
- Verify all project charges such as labor, cranes, freight, materials, travel etc. and move project to correct bill or capitalize status once all charges are in
- Review project file for completion and organize project files once signed by superintendent.
- Review completeness of paperwork
- Accurately and timely, enter project management dates in sales database
Actual day to day responsibilities may vary and evolve based on project work load and individual performance.
Computer skills include: Oracle - JDE, Field Centrix, D365, MS Office.

Qualifications:
Associate Degree or 2+ years of experience in lieu of degree
Oracle JDE Experience Preferred.
