Job Description

Overview

The primary responsibility of the Customer Service Representative- is to consistently execute the Company Customer Service SOP and deliver best-in-class service to Company Customers.

Temporarily telework and some in office training. Monday through Friday 40 hrs a week. Company paid benefits-Life insurance, STD & LTD. ILG also offers Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k with company match, H.S.A, F.S.A and Aflac plans.

Responsibilities**

  • Ensure that assigned daily functions are being performed in accordance with the Company Customer Service SOP
  • Demonstrate continued, measurable excellence in service provided to Customer(s)

Required Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent experience as a Customer Service Representative
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English
  • Ability to communicate in a calm, professional manner to a diverse audience
  • Builder/Customer Representatives
  • Homeowners
  • Subcontractors
  • ILG Associates from Other Departments
  • Ability in Microsoft Office Suite applications
  • “Smart” mobile phone with RingCentral App functionality
  • Hi-speed internet connection

Desired Qualifications/Experience

  • ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, RFMS, etc…)
  • Job-management software/applications (Monday.com, SmartSheet, etc.)
  • Experience in the flooring industry
  • Bi-lingual speaker (English/Spanish)

Physical Requirements

This position is a remote position that is performed at the CSR-Remote’s home. Inter-branch and/or offsite meetings on occasion require vehicular travel. Most of the day will be spent in a sitting position, with frequent use of computer and phone equipment. Occasional site visits to residential and/or commercial construction jobsites requiring the use of PPE should be expected.
