Job Description

Persevus is working with a client in the building materials industry that is looking to hire a Customer Service Coordinator for the Denver, Colorado area.

In this role, customers will contact you via phone, email, or occasionally walk-in and it will be your duty to understand what problem they are experiencing and how to fix it, then generate a quote for the necessary parts and labor, and get them scheduled.

This is a full-time position 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer technical issues by obtaining information, identifying the problem and providing technical assistance.

  • Provide information about the products and services.

  • Document and update customer records based on interactions within the client systems.

  • Continually develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.
