Customer Service / Auto Lot Coordinator - Full-time OR Part-time

Job Description:

In this full-time position, you will be spending most of your time outdoors. Job duties include the following:

• Packing up personal property items from vehicles that have been repossessed

• Ensure that the items are properly inventoried.

• Take and upload pictures of vehicles

• Provide customer service to transporters and debtors as you release vehicles or personal property to them.

Note, this position does not involve the actual repossession of vehicles or equipment.

Your qualifications should include a valid driver’s license is required and you must be able to pass a background and drug test. Due to insurance regulations, you must be at least 22 years of age.

You must have a great team-first work attitude, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. You should be willing to work in outside conditions year-round, be able to drive all types of vehicles (including manual transmissions), and be able to communicate verbally and in writing clearly and effectively. You also must have good computer skills in order to enter vehicle information into our database.
