Covid Clinic is currently seeking full-time Permanent Clinical Assistant positions. No medical license needed; a medical background is preferred, but not mandatory. We are looking for self-motivated individuals to be client-facing in order to help run our COVID testing clinics. It is vital that you are passionate about helping people during this pandemic by providing excellent customer service, professionalism, and accuracy.

Job Requirements:
- Check-in and register patients in a drive-up or on-site setting.
- Run test results for Covid 19 Testing using the SOFIA machine or ABOTT ID Now machine.
- Swab patients for Covid 19 in drive-up or on-site setting.
- Stand outside and direct traffic in order to keep the check-in process organized.
- Answer patient questions regarding the testing process, test types, or other concerns.
- Help other staff with additional tasks as required.
- Administer vaccines if the location provides the service to patients.
- Comply with all safety policies and procedures in the work area, including the use of protective equipment when necessary to prevent exposure to potentially infectious agents.
- Setting up and preparing the mobile vaccine and testing operation.
- Participate in training/retraining as well as continued education programs to keep up to date with all current medical procedures and guidelines.
- Record and report testing via Google Suite and other computer software.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of CNA, MA, LVN, EMT, LPN and NEW GRADS are most welcome.
- Applicable medical license preferred, but not required.
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
- Valid driver’s license is required for the State of WI.
- Basic computer skills.
- Must have full time, open availability including mornings, days, evenings, weekends if needed, holidays, and overtime with or without advanced notice.
- Must be able to stand for 8+ hours per day.
- Ability to adapt to change in an environment that will be very busy one day and slow the next.
- Ability and willingness to assist co-workers with workflow as necessary.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Be a team player.
Work Conditions:
- Site locations are outside in all weather conditions and are open rain or shine.
- Wear comfortable, moveable, and washable clothing (scrubs are ideal).
- RV, Van, Pod, Cottages and Tent locations will be outside and will have porta potty access for bathroom use. Standing outside for 8+ hours per day in PPE.
